ORAEL, seçtiğin ruh haline göre yapay zekâ ile kısa şarkılar, kapak görselleri ve kehanet metinleri üreten kişisel bir uygulamadır. Tüm içerik anlık olarak üretilir; bir editör tarafından seçilmiş veya onaylanmış değildir. Yapay zekâ çıktıları zaman zaman beklenmedik ya da kusurlu olabilir.

• Kişi başına bir hesap açılır.
• Giriş bilgilerinin güvenliği senin sorumluluğundadır.
• Hesabını istediğin an uygulama içinden silebilirsin: Profil → Hesabı Sil. Silme kalıcıdır; şarkıların, görsellerin ve tüm verilerin kaldırılır.

• Ücretsiz: günde bir adet 30 saniyelik kıvılcım (önizleme) + kayıt olurken hediye 6 kredi.
• Starter (haftalık 1,99 $): günde bir tam 60 saniyelik şarkı. Bu bir günlük hak sistemidir, kredi değildir.
• Plus (aylık 4,99 $ veya yıllık 39,99 $): ayda 40 kredi; kullanılmayan krediler devreder, toplam bakiye en fazla 80 kredi olabilir. 90 saniyelik şarkılar yalnızca Plus'a özeldir.
• Kredi paketleri (tek seferlik): 10 kredi 1,99 $ · 30 kredi 4,99 $.
• Kredi maliyeti: 30 sn = 1 kredi · 60 sn = 2 kredi · 90 sn = 3 kredi. Kredi yalnızca üretim başarılı olursa düşülür; başarısız üretimde kredin düşmez.

Fiyatlar App Store tarafından bölgene göre yerelleştirilir; satın alma anında uygulamada gösterilen fiyat geçerlidir.

• Abonelikler, iptal edilmedikçe otomatik olarak yenilenir.
• İptal, ORAEL içinden değil App Store hesap ayarlarından yapılır (Ayarlar → Apple Kimliğin → Abonelikler).
• İptal, mevcut dönemin sonunda geçerli olur; dönem sonuna kadar erişimin devam eder.

Satın almalar Apple üzerinden yapılır ve iadeler App Store koşullarına göre Apple tarafından değerlendirilir. ORAEL doğrudan iade yapamaz. İade talebi için: reportaproblem.apple.com

Senin için üretilen şarkılar ve görseller sana aittir; dilediğin gibi paylaşabilirsin. ORAEL, senin için üretilen çıktılar üzerinde münhasır bir hak iddia etmez.

Echoes bölümünde çalan 30 saniyelik parçalar, Deezer'ın herkese açık önizleme API'sinden sunulan resmî önizleme klipleridir. ORAEL üçüncü taraf müzikleri barındırmaz, depolamaz ve yeniden dağıtmaz. Liste/trend verileri herkese açık listelerden alınır.

• Hukuka aykırı içerik üretme girişiminde bulunma.
• Üretim API'sini otomasyonla (bot, script vb.) kötüye kullanma.
• Kredileri veya hesapları satma / devretme.

Bu kuralların ihlali hesabın askıya alınmasına yol açabilir.

Kehanet ve burç içerikleri yalnızca eğlence amaçlıdır. Hiçbir türde tavsiye değildir — tıbbi, hukuki, finansal veya psikolojik kararlarında bu içeriklere dayanma.

Bu şartları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişikliklerde bu sayfadaki "Son güncelleme" tarihi yenilenir; uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmen güncel şartları kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir.

Bu şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir.

ORAEL is a personal app that uses AI to generate short songs, cover artwork and prophecy texts based on the mood you choose. All output is generated on the fly — it is not curated or editorially approved. AI output can occasionally be unexpected or imperfect.

• One account per person.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe.
• You can delete your account at any time in the app: Profile → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent — your songs, artwork and all data are removed.

• Free: one 30-second daily spark (preview), plus 6 welcome credits at signup.
• Starter ($1.99/week): one full 60-second song per day. This is a daily entitlement, not credits.
• Plus ($4.99/month or $39.99/year): 40 credits per month; unused credits roll over up to a total balance of 80. 90-second songs are exclusive to Plus.
• Credit packs (one-time): 10 credits $1.99 · 30 credits $4.99.
• Credit cost: 30s = 1 credit · 60s = 2 credits · 90s = 3 credits. Credits are deducted only when generation succeeds — failed generations never cost credits.

Prices are localized by the App Store for your region; the price shown in the app at the time of purchase applies.

• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• Cancellation is done through your App Store account settings (Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions), not inside ORAEL.
• Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.

Purchases are processed by Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple under App Store terms. ORAEL cannot issue refunds directly. To request one: reportaproblem.apple.com

The songs and artwork generated for you are yours — you may share them freely. ORAEL retains no exclusive claim over output generated for you.

The 30-second clips playing in the Echoes section are official preview clips served by Deezer's public preview API. ORAEL does not host, store or redistribute third-party audio. Chart data is sourced from public charts.

• No attempts to generate unlawful content.
• No automated abuse of the generation API (bots, scripts, etc.).
• No resale or transfer of credits or accounts.

Violating these rules may lead to account suspension.

Prophecy and horoscope content is entertainment only. It is not advice of any kind — do not rely on it for medical, legal, financial or psychological decisions.

ORAEL is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the service. In any case, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to ORAEL in the last 12 months.

We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes, the "Last updated" date on this page is refreshed; continuing to use the app means you accept the current terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
